Ambulatory Surgery Center
The Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) at LuskinOIC, the first of its kind in LA, was designed and built exclusively to provide orthopedic outpatient surgical care to children.
Located on our downtown LA campus, the Center allows us to provide kids with more immediate access to outpatient orthopaedic surgical care. By significantly reducing surgery wait times, we help prevent serious or permanent damage to children healing from musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.

The Ambulatory Surgery Center has achieved renewed accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Additionally, the LuskinOIC Laboratory has been accredited by The Joint Commission in recognition of it meeting and exceeding rigorous performance standards. This distinguishes the ASC from many other outpatient facilities as providing the highest quality of care to its patients as determined by an independent, external process of evaluation. It also means that LuskinOIC has met nationally recognized standards for the provision of quality healthcare set by AAAHC.
