His leadership was particularly instrumental during the Covid-19 pandemic, where he adeptly managed cash flows and navigated complex financial challenges.

Under his guidance, the organization achieved a ranking among the top 15 pediatric programs by U.S. News & World Report. His extensive background also includes serving as Manager of Business Intelligence and Financial Improvement at CHLA, where his implementation of productivity metrics resulted in substantial labor savings.
