Hilary A. Norton

Ms. Norton is Executive Director at Fixing Angelenos Stuck in Traffic (FAST). She has a 20-year career in public policy and advocacy, beginning with an internship in Mayor Tom Bradley’s office in 1991. She has worked for elected officials (now Supervisor) Mark Ridley-Thomas, Councilmember Richard Alarcon, Councilmember Richard Alatorre (where she was Chief of Staff), and State Senator Gil Cedillo. She then began her work in the private sector for the Central City Association, Fleishman-Hillard, and Executive Vice President at Palmer Investments. Ms. Norton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Wellesley College and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Ms. Norton’s dedication to Orthopaedic Institute for Children (OIC) is to support OIC’s nationally recognized leadership in all orthopaedic fields, especially sports medicine and injury prevention.
