Chief Administrative Officer
With over 15 years of leadership in healthcare administration and nursing, Jamie Wells serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at Luskin Orthopaedic Institute for Children (LuskinOIC). Since joining LuskinOIC in 2015, Jamie has played a key role in strategic planning, clinical quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient care operations across the organization’s ambulatory clinics, urgent care, and ambulatory surgery center. She has lead regulatory compliance efforts with agencies such as The Joint Commission, AAAHC, CDPH, and CMS, ensuring excellence in patient care and safety.
Jamie’s leadership is centered on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while optimizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. She collaborates closely with medical staff and administrators to align clinical programs with LuskinOIC’s mission, driving performance improvement initiatives and innovative strategies to enhance patient care.
Before joining LuskinOIC, Jamie held leadership positions at The Center for Surgery, Kerlan-Jobe Surgery Center, and Ambulatory Surgical Center, Long Beach. She has extensive experience overseeing clinical operations, business development, and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, she has successfully led accreditation processes, expanded surgical services, and improved clinical workflows in various healthcare settings.
Jamie holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Jacksonville University. Her expertise in nursing leadership, strategic growth, and healthcare management continues to drive LuskinOIC’s commitment to providing world-class pediatric orthopaedic care.
